I had a pretty seamless purchase experience here. They also have a fun waiting room with a mini basketball setup and other games to play while youre waiting as well as other ammenities that come with purchase like free oil changes etc. Paul was very polite and I didn't feel pressured.

Khristrian (salesman), Eric (Mgr), & Jamie (Finance Dept) were all so very easy to work with. They were ALL a great group of team players. All so very polite and very helpful. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and probably the quickest. Highly recommend.

We needed an upgraded vehicle- kids getting bigger, truck cab is only so big... these guys really took care of us! Its always a pleasure to work with Jimmy and Richy and to catch up with all the guys when its time to work out a deal. Weve gotten SO many vehicles from Mike Erdman- and we'll continue to use them for years to come.

Nissan and Toyota - same dealership - employees work for the same owner, but a different price on a used vehicle by nearly 4K....yah No! One of you let a cash buyer leave unhappy.......the other got me back and saved me 4 grand... SMH

I purchased a new 2026 Nissan Frontier from Mike Erdman. They have a large selection including hard to find Rosh models. I was able to find the trim and color I wanted online ahead of time. They have dirt roads nearby to test drive in 4WD. As with any dealership, you need to do research for trade-in and additional service contracts/warranties before hand. I asked for $4K more for my trade-in and got that w/o any games. The staff will actually drive you in a golf cart to see the vehicles (a very large lot) which is nice on a hot Florida afternoon.

My experience at Erdman Nissan is & always a great experience. The sales associate Christopher Compton was amazing. he explained every new feature in my 2026 Nissan Pathfinder. I highly recommend Christopher. The sales manager Jonathan Reese was fair & broke down the numbers. The finance gentleman names Jamie was also amazing. He helped get us a fair interest rate & was not pushy on purchasing extra stuff. My overall experience with this team was #1.

If you read my online reviews of other companies you will see that I’m brutally honest about MY experiences. With at being said I received super fast towing and repair turnaround for my son’s the transmission install. Andrew was professional even though I badgered him about the cost 3 different times. Each time he did everything until I was satisfied -and wow! I was caught off guard because they worked too fast. Nonetheless that just heightened the experience. Don’t buy a Nissan Altima that has a CVT transmission -it’s widely known as a money pit and should be recalled. . Andrew educated me on how to get the best and longest use out of my new transmission so I’m thankful. Service was A1

I have to say the customer service here is amazing...im not going to go into details but we came here and we didn't think it was going to be possible to leave with a car with our background..They listen to our needs and understood where we stand and need...we were able to leave with a car with payments that we can afford. Just bought a 2026 Nissan Rogue from Mike Erdman Nissan and the experience was smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy on a hot biscuit. Sales manager Jimmy Christian somehow managed to make buying a car feel less like “surviving paperwork combat” and more like hanging out with someone who actually enjoys helping people. Rich, our salesman, was patient, knowledgeable, and never once did the classic “let me go talk to my manager” disappearing act where you expect him to come back with a beard and a survival story. Then came Emmett in finance, who turned the terrifying dungeon of contracts and numbers into something understandable and painless. I kept waiting for the hidden trap door, smoke machine, or surprise kazoo solo, but nope, just honesty and professionalism. The Rogue itself is fantastic, but the people made the experience memorable. If buying a car usually feels like wrestling an octopus made of paperwork, these guys somehow turned it into a pleasant road trip with air conditioning and snacks. Highly recommend!
