Buying a car was so easy and quick! It was a pleasant experience for me, since my last experience at Nissan of Melbourne was absolutely horrible!!! I never once felt pressured at all. Jim my salesman was hands down the best!! Eric the manager was also awesome with a great deal. Mario had all the paperwork ready to go. And so was Chris who detailed my car and helped me with a couple questions I had with my phone hook up! I was at ease the whole time!! I would come back again and again. Thanks for everything guys. Went to Mike Erdman yesterday and had a great experience. Despite having tricky issues like my vehicle being registered in another state and to another owner, Logan and Eric were incredibly patient and kind. They answered all my mom and I's questions and really did all they could to get the car I wanted. This team is great !!!!!!

TJ and Eric Were very helpful and worked with me on financing options and were able to get me good rates. Only downside was the ERD maintenance package they make you purchase when buying the car which instantly adds almost $2k to the total sale price which is slightly misleading. It is listed all the way in their fine print but it’s also something that should be completely optional and isn’t a usual requirement in practice at most dealers which is a downside to the Mile Erdman Branch locations. I feel like they could’ve done a little better on the price of the vehicle with the final total price ending up $2k above the total market valuation of the vehicle. All in all they were very patient with me as it was my first financed purchase through a dealership and TJ was very courteous. This dealership does charge 15-20% higher than average fees for the Central Florida area. They were all very patient and thankfully Eric was able to get me a good monthly payment plan. This dealership really does need to get rid of that Erdman dealership as it is to some a useless package that some will likely never use and will lead buyers to unnecessary higher monthly payments and higher than average sale prices on normally affordable vehicles.

I worked with TJ Mitchell at Mike Erdman Nissan. I went into the dealership simply to fix a flat on an older Nissan Altima that I was financially extremely upside down. With his help, I was able to leave with a brand new Altima, at a significantly higher package level, for almost the exact same payment. The entire team at Mike Erdman was extremely friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
