I’ve been visiting dealerships around the Melbourne area for about a week, and I’ve experienced both good and bad customer service. Mike Erdman Nissan was, without a doubt, the best dealership experience I had. I originally stopped by while my buddy was purchasing a Tundra next door. While he was finishing up, I submitted an inquiry at Nissan and was almost immediately contacted by Atina Puranda. Very nice lady, she offered to walk over and bring me to the dealership to look at the vehicles I was interested in, but I told her I’d stop by once we were finished. I ended up arriving about 35 minutes before closing. I knew I wanted a Nissan Armada, but the only ones on the lot weren’t the trim level I was looking for. Atina introduced me to Sales Manager Jimmy Christian, and within five minutes he had me working a deal on the exact Armada and trim I wanted while also beating every quote I’d received from other dealerships throughout the week. The only catch was that I had to come back the next day because they needed to pick the vehicle up from another dealer. Jimmy called me the next day to let me know that when they went to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t in the condition they had been promised. Instead of trying to convince me to settle, Jimmy and his team immediately went to work locating another one elsewhere in the state. They found one, arranged to have it transported, and had it delivered to the dealership that same day. The vehicle arrived just before closing, and once I was able to see it in person and take it for a test drive, I finished everything with Finance Manager Jamie Fischer. Jamie was a pleasure to work with. He made the financing process simple, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing warranties. I decided to purchase the extended warranty because, with all the technology in the new Armada, it made sense to me. I can see why he has an Employee of the Year plaque in his office. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The dealership is clean, professional, and everyone I worked with genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. More importantly, they were honest when the first vehicle didn’t meet expectations and went above and beyond to make it right instead of taking the easy way out. 11/10—I’d absolutely recommend Mike Erdman Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle and if you can work with Atina, Jimmy, & Jamie.

Jamie in the Finance office was absolutely wonderful, very informative, not pushing papers quickly, very honest and professional. Jonathan the sales Manager was super aggresive with his numbers, very much appreciated his willingness to meet our budget, again very honest and upfront with everything. Came in for an oil change and walked out with a new car! As I was waiting for my service Demarcus kindly introduced himself and had mentioned that they were running a deal with new Rogues. I currently had a rogue I was still making payments on and I didn’t have much interest trading in as I assumed my monthly payments would be out of my budget if I did. Demarcus was very determined to find me a new car that I could get within my budget. Himself and the team at Mike erdman went above and beyond and somehow I have a brand new 2026 Rogue! Highly recommend Demarcus as he was very transparent and prioritizes your needs and wants in getting a new car. 😊

If you bring your Nissan in for a recall, expect to wait 2-3 hours. It’s 11:20 and my appointment was 9:00am. I must edit this review. Dropped our vehicle off Saturday 9am for a recall, it’s now Sunday evening and still no car! On the up side they did give us a courtesy car. Thank goodness! Best not be charged for the courtesy car! Haven’t been given any clu when we get our car back.

My experience yesterday at mike Erdman, my salesman Chris Compton was amazing, not only did he help me get a new vehicle because, I was in a rental the old vehicle was in the shop. I left my softball equipment in the back of the rental vehicle I did not realize until I left the dealership. On discovery I immediately called Chris, not only did he help me with my situation with my vehicle, Chris went out of his way to call the customer who rented the same vehicle I used. The rental dept. did not check the vehicle after I dropped it off which is common sense before you rent to the new renter. Thanks to Chris he not only got a hold of the renter of the vehicle he waited with us until they came and brought my equipment. That was also kind of the person who rented the vehicle they went out of there way for me as well,.not only has Chris sold me 8 vehicles I have the upmost respect and trust in this person he should be exemplified for a job well done. Thank you Chris!
