No pressure sales
I'd just like to say that the entire experience was GREAT. I had been looking for one of these vans for a while and every person I dealt with at Mike Erdman Nissan through the process of making the purchase made sure it went off with out a hitch. From the GM, Mike Ferrell, sales manger Greg Kyzer, business manger James Delyanis, and our personal salesman Josh Bowman ALL were instrumental in making the whole buying experience fantastic!Kudos to the entire staff at Mike Erdman Nissan!!!

To start, I take my hat off to the sales team of Mike Erdman Nissan. The sales team truly display and defined what commitment to customer care is all about. First and foremost, the Salesperson, Christopher Compton was truly exemplary and extraordinary. His patience to ensure that we were well informed of our purchase prior to making a decision made it simple to purchase. His focus was always on what is in the best interest of the customer. He is truly phenomenal. Our next interaction with the Manager, Joe Hernandez, cannot be summed up in words. His tenancy and patience to ensure that we were comfortable in our purchase is a testament to the DNA and culture of this dealership. His total focus was to ensure that he conveyed the commitment that the owners of Mike Erdman are committed to. It's about taking care of customers and Joe Hernandez truly exhibited the characteristics that makes this dealership remarkable. I cannot complete this posting without acknowledging the level of expertise, knowledge and customer care displayed by the Finance Manager Emmet Guabe. Once again I will sum up the experience in one Word, "WOW". Emmet was not your typical finance manager. The experience was very unique in which his commitment in caring for his customer was truly exhibited during the whole process. I cannot thank enough Emmet for providing an such a unique experience. Thank You so much to the sales team of Mike Erdman for making this buying car experience the best one ever. You three are the exception to the car industry. Simply stated, PHENOMENAL.
Very professional and excellent service
Al is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he showed us. He made sure to give us our space to discuss and think about this purchase.The dealership offered water and snacks which are a necessity keeping in mind how long one will spend in the show room discussing the purchase. I was glad to see a snack that was almost a healthy option (Skinny pop). The only thing I was not appreciative off is that Al offer us a price and then we got a visit from the Loan officer and he said he could not meet that offer. I am not happy with that technique. I have to say that I almost walked away because it made me feel I was being manipulated or lied and i felt betrayed. Keep in mind that Al tried to sell me a Nissan Rogue before, at the Merritt Island location, and we were $1000 away from making a deal, and I left after hours of both our times.
Simply the best!
We just moved from CA to Merritt Island the service department at Mike Erdman Nissan was on the ball. Far superior the the service we received in CA.
