Although some members of management did not provide great customer service during and after my buying process, in the end an issue I had was taken care of by the General Manager, Mike Farrell and I can not thank Mike enough for doing the right thing, I also want to give a great thank you to Danielle ( I can't remember her last name) who took care of me when having to go back to the dealership to get my issue taken care of and my salesman Jim was not working that day. I would like to acknowledge Zack in Finance. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything with ease. I do recommend going to see Jim or Danielle to purchase your next vehicle.

Our family has been going to Erdman Nissan for many years. We just recently purchased our 7th new or used car from the Erdman family of dealerships.
